Our Guru - Sandra Boardley
My teacher, a true yogi soul, Sandra Boardley, introduced, motivated and trained me in Fusion Yoga Practices in London. She has been teaching Yoga for several decades now touching many lives.
In addition to practicing and teaching yoga postures and sequences, A fine English Lady, Sandy truly leads a yogi lifestyle and keeps inspiring people around her.
Sandy has this magical touch which makes students fulfilled and her humour keeps the session lively, thereby making it not only a workout group, but a team of friends working towards a common goal - Fitness & Wellness

Coach 1 - Sati Willang
My personal training journey combined with being fascinated with what the body can do has driven my style of training over the years. I’m qualified in Kundalini Yoga, have been training in fusion yoga with Ajay and Sandy for well over 5 years. I have taught boot camp classes, martial arts training for children and adults over the years.
My style, I would say isn’t conventional training. It combines all aspects from mind, body and soul in tailor made sessions that uses your inner strength/muscles to enhance your own personal well-being. Each session is different so the boredom and fatigue of training doesn’t settle. It’s all about the changes from the inside out for me. If you are stable and strong within, the rest of the external changes will happen automatically.
My sessions are tough (I don’t get called Scary for no reason), slightly regimented with a hint of sass, humour thrown in for good measure. My happy place is to get people to understand their bodies, their energy levels and progress from there. The two different styles that Ajay and I teach is a great combination of balance, strength and cardio. Just like our friendship. See you at one of the "Satiday" sessions.

I have been practicing Yoga since over 13 years now, have been teaching for over 4 years online and offline.
Yoga & Fitness is not just my passion, it's my vision for everyone - Adults & Kids.
I strongly believe - Human Body is Donkey. Human Mind is a Monkey. Let's move that Donkey. Let's Tame that Monkey. Donkey likes inertia and rest. Monkey rarely sit still. We need Yoga to move the body, and we need Yoga to calm the mind.
I believe in no-nonsense balanced diet for everyone, not influenced by commercialisation of food and I say NO to unnecessary supplements.
I encourage kids to start into the realm of Yoga & Fitness to aid their physical health, and Pranayama for their Focus, Concentration and Mental Health. Get them Young into Yoga for body and for mind.
I used to do Yoga with my grandfather during my primary and secondary school days, and can clearly see how Yoga done during childhood helps me with my practice now.
I am an IT professional with over 2 decades in corporate career.
