I got introduced to Sacred Stretches Yoga through a friend who has been practising since years as I was looking for some exercise to help with stretches and flexibility due to long office hours. It did not disappoint. The sessions are easy to follow, there is always a variation if you feel less confident with the pose, Ajay is kind and looks out for anybody new, checks up on injuries and always ready to help to avoid pain. The group size is ideal, location is great. I always feel refreshed after the session, particularly like the closing with the breathing exercise. Never the same but always a great session with lots of variety.

I got introduce to Ajay through my friend. In the initial days I found it exhausting to have a 1 hour session but over the period of time about 2 to 3 weeks I started getting comfortable with the one hour routine per day. My concept for yoga was quite different before I joined this class. His classes are a mix of core body workout, stretching, cardio and strength work. It's a very nice blend that Ajay has brought in with his many years of practice in yoga.
