Who am I and what's my qualifications?

Just like many of you, I am a curious Yogi soul.

I was born in a spiritual, yet not overly religious, Hindu family in a small town in central India. Mantras and shlokas were taught to us by grandparents and visiting Vedic scholars. We recited them for specific purposes—some daily, some on special occasions—each with its own meaning and impact.

My grandparents, parents, and I have always questioned rituals and customs rather than blindly following them, carving our own path. I’ll admit, I am still a humble learner when it comes to Sanskrit, Vedic literature, Yoga, and spirituality. Like most Yoga teachers, I am a lifelong student—gathering knowledge one drop at a time from the vast ocean of wisdom.

In this small workshop, I’ve curated content from my personal study and exploration—topics that continuously help me grow as a Yoga teacher, a parent, and a human being.

My mission is to spread Yoga and spirituality. This workshop is my small contribution—an opportunity to enrich the knowledge of fellow Yoga teachers and seekers alike.

शृणु शृणु विप्राणां, वचनं ज्ञानसारम्।

अधीत्यैव न लभ्यते, अन्यत्र किंचिदपि।।

Śṛṇu śṛṇu viprāṇāṃ, vacanaṃ jñānasāram |
Adhītyaiva na labhyate, anyatra kiñcidapi ||

Listen attentively to the words of the learned, the essence of knowledge can only be gained by studying and learning

It cannot be obtained elsewhere.
